About the founder

Nicki Bedford, Founder of DXB Female Founders, is fiercely passionate about building community and is a dedicated supporter of women in business. A seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, Nicki brings over 15 years of experience in the tech, media, and advertising industries. Before launching her own ventures, she served as Head of Asia Pacific at BuzzFeed, where she played a pivotal role in driving growth and spearheading strategic initiatives across the region.

Nicki has founded several ventures, across tech, software and media including Seizen, Lenzz, and the She Leads the Way podcast. While her ventures span diverse industries, they reflect her passion for innovation, community building, and creating new initiatives.

Nicki knows what it's like to be surrounded by great people while you're building your dream, and she's dedicated to creating that same supportive environment for others through DXB Female Founders.
